이 작품은 인천의 개발예정지구 혹은 개발완료 지구를 탐험하며 담은 영상들과 인터넷상에 떠도는 개발 예정지구에 대한 3D 시뮬레이션 홍보 비디오들로 구성된다. 행복한 청사진을 제시하는 도시 계획 홍보 영상은 웅장한 음악과 색을 빼면 차갑고 비인간적인 낯선 도시로 남는다. 미디어가 만들어주는 가상의 세계가 실제 우리의 세계관을 어떻게 형성해 줄 수 있을지에 대해 문제를 제기한다.

‘Wherever, Whoever’ consists of videos featuring Incheon’ development areas and developed areas, and 3D promotional videos for these on the Internet. The promotional videos of a blueprint for a happy future show cold, inhuman cities removed of magnificent music and showy colors. This work questions how an imaginary world fabricated by the media forms our view of the world.
