<현실 검증-테이크> 연작은 1초당 1000 프레임을 기록하는 초고속 카메라를 이용해 약 3초간 일어난 사건을 2분 가량으로 늘려 기록한 영상이다. 자동차 사고와 같이 현실에서 일어나는 일상적인 사건이나 상황을 가상의 실험을 통해 재현하고 슬로우 모션 기법을 통해 보여줌으로써 그 순간은 실제보다 더욱 사실적으로 느껴지지만, 이것은 모두 ‘만들어진 리얼리티’에 불과하다.
This series stretches the event that took approximately 3 seconds into 2 minutes by using an ultrahigh speed camera that records 1000 frames per second. It depicts everyday events or a situation that happens around us such as a car accident, which is represented through a virtual experiment and shown in a slow motion. In this way, the moment seems more real than the real, but all of this is nothing more that “designed reality.”
